Backend - Software Engineer

Job Requirement :

We are seeking a highly skilled backend developer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with expertise in any backend language/framework/library, preferably Python and NodeJS. The successful candidate should excel in delivering high-quality, bug-free applications on time and have experience in system design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Work with 3rd party applications and APIs, with mandatory knowledge of REST API and OAuth 2.0.
• Debug and enhance application performance.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies and ideas.
• Apply AI tools to optimize system infrastructure for efficiency.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance backend applications.
• Exceptional development skills in Python, Node.js, or PHP.
• Proficient in writing robust test cases with code coverage exceeding 80%.
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Previous experience with high-traffic applications and efficiency optimization methods.
• High priority on Python, system design, and deep understanding of OSI Model, TCP & UDP.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Git, JIRA, ClickUp, or other agile development tools.
• Familiarity with modifying code created using large language models.
• Prior experience in database sharding.
