User Experience - Designer
Job Requirement :
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, mock ups, and prototypes
- Conduct market research, user research, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain the design system for SnapPay’s digital properties
- Be an advocate for user-centric, iterative design approach
- Facilitate product design/development workshops with stakeholders and vendors
- Work closely with the dev team to ensure design specifications are implemented to a high standard of polish
- Be an integral part of the product management team and help to define product roadmap
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/Product design experience with a deep understanding of native app design principles, patterns and specifications, as well as responsive website design
- Bachelor's degree in Information Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Web and Graphic Design or equivalent discipline
- You are passionate about design and you are obsessed with making everything better because you believe that good designs that can help enhance people’s life
- You are thrilled to work in a startup environment with a fast-moving and rapidly growing
- Deep knowledge in using design thinking methodologies and tool kits to help businesses define the problem statement, value proposition, and product roadmap
- Experience in independently completing 0 to 1 product projects or participating in user experience design for medium and large projects is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
