Zonal Manager - Sales

Job Requirement :

We are seeking experienced and motivated sales experts to join our team in the EV business. The zonal managers will be responsible for overseeing specific regions, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales leadership and a deep understanding of the EV business.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the EV business.

2.Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.

3.Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

4.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and partnerships.

5.Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

7.Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.

8.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

9.Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and expand the network of contacts.

10.Continuously stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements in the EV business.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or at least 1 year of sales experience in the EV ecosystem.

2.Proven track record of sales leadership and achieving revenue targets.

3.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4.Ability to lead and mentor a sales team.

5.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across functions.

7.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

8.Knowledge of the EV business, including industry trends, regulations, and competition.
