Job Requirement :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive the sales growth of our electric 3-wheeler (L5) product line within the designated region. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and establish strong relationships with B2B clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the sales efforts for the electric 3-wheeler product line in the assigned region (Delhi NCR and North Region).
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to drive brand visibility and sales.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 4-5 years in sales within the electric vehicle sector, with a focus on L5 EV sales experience.
Education:A degree in any field is required.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) market, particularly in the 3-wheeler segment.
Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise sales and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet performance targets.
Willingness to travel across the North Region as required.
