A graduate of NMIMS Mumbai, Mr. Shree Vardhan Poddar was always profoundly interested in Banking and Finance and committed to this preference by doing his masters in this stream. His family business interests were already in the Electric Vehicle segment, and it was not too long before he realized his passion for EVs, which led him to join Terra Motors in 2016. Initially, Mr. Poddar used to handle Bengal and Assam but soon proving his potential he took over the entire East India and North East India market as the Assistant General Manager. In 2019, he joined the management as the head of sales and strategy of Terra Motors India. Since then, he has been the backbone of Terra Motors India's ever-expanding business. His holistic business approach and synergetic leadership have helped Terra Motors become one of India's leading 3-wheeler EV companies.

A dynamic and enthusiastic professional with 8+ years of experience. Prior to joining Terra Motors, he was working in a Kolkata-based CA firm, where he was in charge of the Siliguri branch of the said firm. He started his journey with us in March 2017 as a Senior Executive. His unwavering dedication, attention, and perseverance were what ultimately led to his success, which has persisted ever since at the same rate. He has a very modest and humble mindset with a spontaneously street-smart attitude. He is very popular in his team for his amicable nature and for his positive attitude towards the work-life scenario. Since joining, he has been the backbone and lifeline for the company's accounting and finance needs. He is now the head of the department and is the go-to person for any sort of confusion/requirement related to accounts or other documentation.

An automobile enthusiast, who had an interest in alternative energy technology from the start. Mr. Khan after completing his Master joined an EV manufacturing company. He has been associated with Terra Motors since 2017. Coming from an EV background, his expertise and passion for EVs helped him expand the market for Terra in various zones sooner than it was expected. He has previously headed sales and established Terra’s strong footprint in the following regions-North East, North Bengal, Jharkhand, and North India zones. Apart from being one of the pillars of the Sales Team, he looks after vendor management for the company. Currently, he heads sales for Assam & North East India. Additionally, he is responsible for managing cash flow, which is one of the most essential and fundamental aspects of Terra Motors India's business operations.

A Mechanical Engineering from the Asian Institute of Engineering and Management, Delhi, Mr. Alok Kumar Joined Terra Motors in year 2017 as a Senior Executive. Previously he worked with Hero Electric. In 2018 he got promoted and his sheer hard work and diligence have resulted in him climbing the corporate ladder, to become Assistant Vice President- Production. Currently, he heads Terra Motor’s production and handles procurement and service as well. Skilled to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet established deadlines, he is also in charge of Terra Motor’s own 60,000 sq ft plant in Dhulagarh. He has assembled a hard-working, efficient production team to streamline processes. With his demonstrated leadership, planning, and execution with optimum utilization of resources in a rapidly changing environment he has been a strong contributor to the success of Terra Motor India’s growth.

He holds a postgraduate degree from ICFAI University and a B.Tech. in mechanical engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University. After graduation, he joined the Indian Space Research Organization as a Scientist Engineer. He worked with ISRO for four years on the research and development of ISRO's satellites and launch vehicles. He started working for Terra Motors India in May 2018 as an Assistant Manager of R&D. For Terra Motors, he created models of high-speed electric vehicles. He also created various facelift versions that were released on the Indian market. He has put together a strong R&D team to work on the development of electric vehicles. He has been R&D Manager at Terra Motors since 2021.He introduced numerous original and creative ideas for the organization's and R&D's development and positioned himself as an asset to the company.

Working with an Environmental NGO in her youth, Ishani always wanted to join a planet-friendly sector. As an EV manufacturer, Terra Motors was a natural choice, and she joined in 2020 soon after completing her post-graduation in Public Relations & Corporate Communication, from the Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai. Ishani looks after the various functions of sales and marketing of Terra Motors India. Primarily she joined Terra as the creative lead but proving her potential she has been given additional responsibilities. Her sheer dedication and belief in working with passion reflect in her work ethic. Currently, she is heading sales along with business operations for Jharkhand and Odisha. In addition, she manages a wide range of duties; she is the go-to person for internal communication, planning and arranging events, and managing external communication through branding and marketing.
